Our firm is also specialized on road transport (whether Spanish Law or C.M.R. Convention is applicable), railway and air transport, under Airways Bills of Lading.

We always try to solve any dispute that may arise between freight forwarders and the concerned parties involved in the transport on amicable terms, avoiding long Court Proceedings with uncertain outcome.

Customs: Contesting customs clearances for import products; discrepancies on the applied duties; appealing Customs Health Authorities (PIF) resolutions.

Abandoned cargo: Our intervention is focussed on minimizing port expenses (i.e. getting authorisation to empty the container and have it released). Disputes on storages and demurrages expenses due to long standings. “Deposit in Court”: application for abandoned goods and further sale in public auction.

Counterfeit: How to deal with forged items seized by the Authorities, in order to reduce storage expenses caused to vessel’s agents / freight forwarders. Appearing in Court proceedings to get an order for destruction of the products and claim for the reimbursement of the incurred expenses (handling / storage / transport, etc.).
